Magnuson Park Building 30 West
The studio is located in historic Building 30 West in Magnuson Park in NE Seattle, along the shore of Lake Washington. The building houses 30 artist studios, a gallery, and is in the historic District of the park that formerly was the Naval Station Seattle in the 1930’s and 1940’s. I use the studio space for painting and printmaking, projects and as a classroom for online and in-person classes. The space outside is a landscape painter’s dream with an array of brick and metal buildings, trails, the ponds, wildlife habitat, community garden, and lakeshore facing the Cascade Mountains. There are two Open houses a year, and I hope you’ll come visit!
